The Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable from Airgoo is wonderfully vibrant. Furthermore, it adds colour to your setup without breaking the bank. As such, you can make your gaming rig stand out from the crowd without worrying about complex technical know-how. This relatively straightforward device requires some minor tweaking. However, once you get things just right, you will sit back and admire your handy work.

Alongside this, you are provided with an ARGB hub and all the relevant cables and documentation to help you get started. Therefore, this is the perfect option if you have limited knowledge but enjoy customising your PC. Another fine aspect is the excellent build quality. The flexible-sleeved neon LED cable can be manipulated to fit into the tightest of gaming cases. As such, I recommend that you combine this with the M808W Gaming Case.

What’s in the box of the Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable?

  • The compact packaging is sturdy and pleasant to look at. Additionally, it can be recycled and that is a big positive.
  • The Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable is understated when unpowered. However, the moment you switch it on, it lights up the room. Moreover, the 24pin connector can be flipped if you need to alter it for your mobo.
  • A 4pin ARGB connector hub is provided to extend your lighting setup.
  • An installation guide to help get you started.

Technical aspects.

The Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable keeps things simple. Furthermore, it is compatible with an array of popular light sync programmes. Accordingly, you can use MSi’s Mystic Light Sync, ASRock’s Polychrome Sync, or ASUS’s Aura Sync to simplify your RGB gear. On top of this, you can use the RGB Fusion 2.0 integrated user interface to control each addressable area. This was a great tool that maximises every element of this small but bright neon power cable.

If this wasn’t enough, it is also compatible with Corsair’s CUE interface. Consequently, fans of these programmes will be able to incorporate this power cable without an issue. Yet, if you are new to RGB accessories, you needn’t worry. Setting this device up is a piece of cake, and a little trial and error goes a long way. As long as you use the right cables, and you don’t utilise the wrong power connector, you can’t go wrong. However, if there is an issue, you have a handy 12-month warranty for peace of mind.

Compatibility.

Airgoo sells an array of other products. As such, they have a handy 8-port hub to connect each item. Subsequently, if you wish to make your build pop, you can go crazy with their RGB fan halos, light bar, or RGB light strip. This vast range of goods is affordable and can be purchased directly from Airgoo or Amazon.

RGB Fusion 2.0 was my go-to program to sync the Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable. This simple one-stop option is straightforward to set up and easy to use. On top of this, it allows you to create a magnitude of lighting effects for your gaming rig.

Whether you want a steady light, a pulse effect, rainbow, flash, or double flash, this device has it all. Additionally, you can sync the lights with an array of games. Alternatively, it can be used alongside your music to create an eye-catching experience. Accordingly, I was impressed by the usability and the array of lighting options at my disposal.

Build quality.

Once you complete your custom PC, you don’t want to take it apart. Therefore, you want parts that are robust, easy to use, and built to last. Thankfully, the Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable ticks each of these boxes. When unpowered, the cable has a translucent white finish. However, when powered, the 12 neon LED tubes combine 120 ARGB LEDs to create an eye-watering display.

On top of this, I was impressed with the well-built connectors and the included hub. Moreover, the flexible nature of the cable ensures that it will be suitable for many mobos and cases. Effectively, this is compatible with ATX, E-ATX, and Micro-ATX boards. Additionally, it is suitable for use with 250 W to 1300 W PSUs. Therefore, you needn’t worry about compatibility.

Is the Addressable RGB 24pin Power Cable worth it?

Picking a loud and proud build or a sleeper PC is a personal choice. If you prefer the latter, this won’t be the cable for you. Yet, if you want something that looks great and will sync with many popular accessories and software, then this is the product for you. On top of this, the 1-year warranty is reassuring, and I like how easy it is to use. Consequently, I recommend that you buy it here!
