A Closer Look

Final Thoughts

The screen is fairly lightweight so you shouldn’t notice it too much when carrying it around with you.

Everything you need is in the box – including the spare nibs which are conveniently stored in the pen holder.

The screen is 11.6″ with a 178 degree viewing angle and a 1920×1080 resolution. It’s very clear and easy to use and the colour representation is really good.

Anti Glare Protect Film has already been fitted to the screen to stop it from being scratched and to make it easier to use in certain lighting conditions so you have nothing to worry about.

There is a glove in the box that can be used to help with keeping your hand comfortable when using the tablet.

Setting up the tablet was really easy – just plug it into your computer and download the relevant drivers and thats it! You can also adjust various settings including the pen pressure, which means you can set it up exactly how you want it.

There are also 8 express buttons that are programmable too – so you can set them up however you want them.

It’s also easy to adjust other settings like the brightness and contrast using the buttons on the side of the tablet.

Overall this is a really great package – it’s very comfortable to use and great to draw with, the build quality is great and is fully customisable. If you want a digital drawing tablet, whether you are beginner or wanting to take the next step, the Gaomon PD1161 Pen Display is the one for you.

The Gaomon PD1161 Pen Display is available now price around £212.
