Here is our review of the PowerA FUSION Pro 3 Wired Controller.

The FUSION Pro 3 is designed to provide competitive-grade performance and help gamers on their journey to upgrade their skills and move up the ranks in their favourite games. It features four advanced integrated buttons on the back of the controller that can be quickly mapped while gaming to optimise controls for each game, three-way trigger locks for improved response time or precision, and swappable thumbsticks so gamers can choose between short and tall sticks with concave and convex options to fit their preference. The controller also has a familiar ergonomic design with textured rubberised grips on the front and back and embedded anti-friction rings that provide fatigue-free comfort during marathon gaming sessions.

Starting with the convenient protective case that safely carries the controller, cable, and swappable thumbsticks, the FUSION Pro 3 truly upgrades the entire gaming session. Gamers can take advantage of the Volume Dial to optimise sound balance and the One-Touch Mic Mute with LED indicator to quickly adjust communication. The controller also features dual rumble motors and impulse triggers; pair those with a headset plugged into the 3.5mm stereo jack for an immersive gaming experience. The 10-foot braided USB-C cable is designed to last while playing from the couch or a gamer’s favourite gaming chair, and the built-in share button allows for quick screenshot or clip shares with friends.

Final Thoughts

Comfort wise, the FUSION Pro 3 feels really good in your hands, even for extended periods of gaming. The rubberised grips really help if your hands get a little sweaty from all that playing.

The buttons are all easily accessible and feel good to use.

The FUSION Pro 3 has dual rumble motors and magnetic impulse triggers, so you really feel like you are in the middle of the game.

You can use your wired headset easily by plugging it into the the FUSION Pro 3. There is even a volume dual located on the controller to make it even easier to adjust the sound in mid-game.

There is a free app you can use to map the 4 advanced gaming buttons. There are also 3 way trigger locks so you can set how much pull there is on the trigger – want just a slight pull when playing Call of Duty, no problem!

The FUSION Pro 3 has the ability to change the thumbsticks and the faceplate. The box contains swappable sticks, but if you want to replace the faceplate you will need to buy one. It’s really easy to do – just pull on the faceplate and then pop the new one one – they are magnetic so that fit perfectly and hold in place without any effort at all.

The FUSION Pro 3 also comes with a protective case that will keep the controller, cable and spare thumbsticks safe and easy to transport.

This is a great controller which gives you the ability to change things up as and when you need to, you should really check it out.

The PowerA Fusion Pro 3 Wired Controller is available now priced around £79.99.
