Today Hive has introduced new and improved Hive Actions, a feature that allows customers to connect their Hive devices via the Hive app so they work seamlessly together.

Hive Actions are designed to make daily living a little easier and more efficient. For example, customers can enjoy the perfect welcome home by setting up their Hive Active Heating and Hive Lights to come on as their Hive Sensor registers that they’ve walked in the door.  Following customer feedback, Hive users can now also set their Actions to time in with sunrise and sunset hours.  This means a Hive Light can be programmed to turn on when it’s dark outside and when the Hive View camera detects someone entering a room.

With over 50 pre-set Actions to choose from, enabling quick and simple setups, and the ability to curate their own, Hive customers can now bring their homes to life like never before at no extra cost. The Hive app now also allows users to create Quick Actions, shortcuts to the Actions and features that are used the most. These sit on the app home screen, making the process of managing the home even faster and more intuitive. In a rush to leave the house in the morning?

Now you can now turn off their lights, heating and appliances with just one tap on the app, helping you save time and energy.
