Wileyfox has now launched its new smartphone – the Swift 2 X. The new phone joins the Swift 2 and Swift 2 Plus to complete the latest range, launched in November last year.

All three Swift 2 phones feature a fresh look and an impressive tech upgrade, with beautiful design using premium materials twinned with spec to be proud of.

The Swift 2 X has an 16MP primary camera and 8MP front camera. Like all Swift 2 phones, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) enables you to take quick, sharp images through an impressive focus times, along with live filters, burst mode, and slow motion video mean you’ll be ready to capture whatever moments take your fancy.

Always on the move

The Swift 2 X boasts a bigger 3010mAh battery, with a Type C reversible connection and cable. Super-fast charging, thanks to the advanced technology of Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, means that you can enjoy 25% charge in just 15 minutes, 50% charge in 40 minutes or 75% in only 55 minutes. So you’ll be ready for whatever life has in store.

A larger 5.2″ FHD 1080p, 424ppi 2.5d curved display, provides imagery with sharp crystal clear detail. Colours are vibrant and pictures super-sharp. It also features glove mode and a smudge resistant oleophobic coating meaning it’s always working wherever you are.

A powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 MSM8937 processor combined with a next-generation Adreno 505 GPU means you can enjoy fast downloads and uploads, stunning graphics, fluid interfaces, and high quality video.  32GB ROM and 3GB RAM, with 1.4GHz clock speed Octa-core mean this is a great multi-tasker and all round performer.

The leader of its family pack

As the flagship in the Swift 2 range, there are some commonalities with the other phones in the range:

·         It’s NFC supports Android Pay and lets you add your bank card for quick and easy payments. Using the latest, super-secure technology from NXP and Qualcomm, and the responsive fingerprint reader for reliable authorisation and unlocking of the phone, you never have to slow down with easier-than-ever payments.
