RORTOS the development of flight simulators for mobile devices, announced the forthcoming arrival of the new integrated air naval simulator “MARINA MILITARE – ITALIAN NAVY SIM”, soon available for Android and iOS, with versions forthcoming for Windows and Mac, that will allow all players, even the most inexperienced ones, to take command of ships, airplanes and helicopters of the Italian Navy.

MARINA MILITARE – ITALIAN NAVY SIM will allow to interact with real and existing aircraft, helicopters and ships of the Italian Navy, in real scenarios carefully reproduced by the development team, including the navigation and the visit of the training ship Amerigo Vespucci (#Vespucci85).

The game has been officially licensed by the ITALIAN NAVY ( ) and designed for all the fans of flight with aircrafts, helicopters and naval missions.

“Our goal is to create together with the Italian Navy a unique game experience that is totally Made in Italy,” commented Roberto Simonetto, RORTOS’ CEO. “For the first time we ventured in a game that is not just pure flight simulation, and we believe that the final result is really excellent and exciting. We are sure that players will appreciate the quality and realism that have always characterized our titles.”

Main features
MARINA MILITARE – ITALINA NAVY SIM has, for now, three simulation areas faithfully reproduced with satellite technology: Taranto, La Spezia and Catania. For each area an integrated scenario inspired by real situations is available, plunging players in a sequence of exciting missions. The pilot, or the Commanding Officer, will be called upon to play his role in always different vehicles of the Italian Navy (even many different ones during the same mission) and for each one a score will be assigned, based on his performance.

Driving the Andrea Doria D553 destroyer, landing on Cavour aircraft carrier with an AV-8B Harrier II+, saving shipwrecks with RHIB Hurricane 753, going out on patrol with FLIR EH101 helicopter, or sailing with famous training ship Amerigo Vespucci (faithfully reproduced) are just some of the available missions.
All scenarios have been created in high resolution, and during missions it will be possible to select or change the weather, the winds and the sea, the time of day, the location and the mission itself.

With more than 55 million users around the world, thanks to products such as Carrier Landings, Extreme Landings, AirFighter, Helicopter Sim, Historical Landings, Battleship Destroyer, F18 Carrier Landing and Air Navy Fighters, RORTOS is ready to launch, during the year, new simulators, with important and prestigious collaborations.

RORTOS is based in Verona and consists of an all-Italian team. Born in 2012 it carries forward its mission with enthusiasm and quality: spreading the passion for flight through an experience that is accessible to everyone.

Current RORTOS simulators are developed for iOS, Android, Mac, PC platforms and can be downloaded from Apple Store, Google Play, Windows Store and Amazon App Store.
