A few weeks ago in London, Huawei announced the newest P series of smart phone with the P9 with dual cameras.

Design
The design of the Huawei P9, has a thin body which is made of light metal and is polished what the phone is doing luxury look. The P9 is available in the colours Titanium Grey, Mystic Silver, Rose Gold and Prestige Gold, but in the UK only Titanium Grey, Mystic Silver will be available. On the back is among the two cameras to find a fingerprint sensor.
The Huawei P9 has a virtual Triple antenna, meaning you don’t need to worry about your hand position under different signal conditions.
The 5.2-inch display is made of solid glass, which is bent at the edges slightly (so-called 2.5D glass), that delivers a pixel density of 424ppi.

It offers a 96 per cent colour saturation and 500nits brightness, along with a 1.7mm bezel, the P9 measures 145 x 70.9 x 6.95mm and hitting the scales at 144g.

Display
What is the brand new Huawei P9 like, the focus on the Huawei P9 is mainly on the dual camera on the back, made in collaboration with German lens manufacturer Leica.
The 5.2-inch display on the P9 is an 1080P display works great, the colours are nice and the picture is clear. The display lends itself well to social media browsing, playing a game or watching a video. The solid glass display feels premium aswell, the black edges around the entire screen.
Camera
The Huawei P9 features a camera with two cameras with lenses, which “approved” by lens manufacturer Leica. One camera, the RGB camera, the colours of your photo captures and other monochrome camera captures the details of the composition.
The cameras work together to shoot the best possible picture. The Huawei P9 is an excellent performance in low light, due to the dual camera can capture more light and detail than with a single camera.
The P9 has a fast action burst mode that can take pictures at a very fast rate as you can see a Bee in the photo below was moving around the flower at the time of the photo being shot.

Switching between apps is fine and the phone is compatible to play games with ease. The Huawei P9 has room for a Nano SIM card.
The Huawei P9 for Europe does not have a dual-SIM option, in terms of connectivity the P9 what you can expect from an attractive, high.
The handset supports 2.4 and 5GHz Wi-F, NFC, Bluetooth and 4G. With the battery life on the Huawei P9 is excellent,the 3000 mAh battery in the phone will easily last you a day, usually longer. Software
The software on the Huawei P9 is something to be desired in some ways, with the phone running on Android 6.0 (marshmallow) coupled with the Huawei EMUI 4.1 skin. This version of the EMUI skin is less prevalent than previous versions but still not perfect.
The app icons are colourful on the EMUI skin, but it’s missing an app drawer, which lists all apps on the home screen and can be messy. Downloaded apps on the EMUI, can reminiscent of the look of Apple’s iOS, the software for the camera is excellent contrast. The camera app is optimized for the dual camera and comes with many additional features.
Conclusion
With Huawei working with Leica has made an excellent camera smart phone. The most striking feature is of course the dual camera, which lets you create without too much trouble great photos. In addition, the built-in fingerprint sensor excellence. The unit also looks another good and feels good in the hand. Biggest downside of the device is Huawei’s own software, which does not always do justice to the P9.
