Today Square Enix has announced details of a Collector’s Edition for its upcoming Nintendo 3DS action role-playing adventure FINAL FANTASY EXPLORERS. The Collector’s Edition will be available in limited quantities and will be sold exclusively through the SQUARE ENIX Online store for £59.99 / €69.99.

The coveted Collector’s Edition will be housed in a bespoke presentation box, showcasing artwork of famed illustrator Yoshitaka Amano, and will feature a selection of exclusive items including the game, a FINAL FANTASY EXPLORERS branded Nintendo 3DS hard case, a limited edition 40-page art book and a 20-track music CD – “Songs for the Journey”.

The Collector’s Edition will also include a selection of unlockable in-game quests for legendary FINAL FANTASY weapons, including – Death Penalty from FINAL FANTASY VII, Thyrus from FINAL FANTASY XIV and more.

The quest for the Grand Crystal begins in FINAL FANTASY EXPLORERS, the first fully-fledged FINAL FANTASY game available for the Nintendo 3DS system . Through solo play, or with up to three other explorers – players can dive into dungeons to collects crystals scattered throughout the world whilst battling classic FINAL FANTASY enemies.

FINAL FANTASY EXPLORERS arrives in Europe and PAL territories on 29th January 2016, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
