2K has officially announced that Evolve, an all-new cooperative/competitive shooter experience, will be available to play at this year’s Gadget Show Live. Visit the NEC in Birmingham from 9th-13th April 2014 to experience Evolve firsthand. We at Connected Digital World will be on hand at this years event to get you the new footage if possible for you.

From the creators of Left 4 Dead, Evolve expertly blends cooperative and competitive multiplayer experiences as a team of four hunters face off against a single, player-controlled monster. Set on Shear, a frontier planet on the outskirts of the galaxy, gamers hunt their prey in adrenaline-pumping 4v1 matches.

“We are really excited that UK fans can finally play our first new IP for next-gen systems and experience the unique 4v1 gameplay for themselves at the Gadget Show Live,” said Simon Turner, UK marketing manager at 2K.

Those who pre-order the game from participating retailers will be rewarded with the Monster Expansion Pack, which includes the Savage Goliath skin at launch and a new monster character as soon as it becomes available after Evolve is released.
