Lightning Strikes at Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII Event

Yesterday Final Fantasy dedicated fans around the country queued from the early morning for an exclusive LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII event yesterday as the game became available for one hour only at participating GAME stores, ahead of its general release today.

The GAME store at London’s Hamleys saw the attendance of legendary developers Yoshinori Kitase and Yuji Abe, who were on hand to greet the hundreds of fans determined to become the first in the UK to own the game and have it signed by their heroes. A number of exclusive prizes were also won, including signed limited edition Steelbook copies of the game, Lightning figurines and other rare merchandise.
