Yesterday Asus announced not one not two but three phones at this year CES 2014, the Asus ZenFone 4, the ZenFone 5 and the ZenFone 6.
The Asus ZenFone 4 comes in at the low end and offers a 4-inch display with an 800 x 480-pixel resolution, a 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2520 processor, Android 4.3 out of the box (though KitKat is coming), with a 5-megapixel camera, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM and a 1,170mAh battery. It will launch in black, white, red, blue and yellow. It will start from $99/£55.
The ZenFone 5 is a mid-range handset from Asus which has a 5-inch screen with a 720p resolution, an Intel Atom Z2580 processor clocked at 2GHz, Android 4.3 (with KitKat coming soon), an 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM and a 2,050mAh battery. The ZenFone 5 will launch in black, white, red and gold. The ZenFone 5 will start from $149/£90.
Now to the ZenFone 6 comes in with a 6-inch display with a 720p resolution, the same 2GHz Intel Z2580 processor that’s offered on the ZenFone 5, Android 4.3 (KitKat also coming soon), a 13-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM and a large 3,230mAh battery. It will launch in black, white, red and gold. It will start from $199/£120.
