Today Value has apparently revealed the first manufacturing partners for its Steam Machine hardware have apparently been revealed ahead of the firm’s CES 2014 press conference.

Engadget reports that Alienware, CyberPowerPC, Falcon Northwest, iBuyPower, Origin PC, Gigabyte and Materiel.net have all signed up to develop the PC gaming devices.

Also the report claims that Webhallen, Alternate, Next, Zotac and Scan Computers round off the list of 12 initial third-party PC makers on board for the venture.

Powered by Valve’s SteamOS, the company’s Steam Machines aim to bring cutting-edge PC gaming to the living room.
