VLC media player updated to version 2.0.8 Twoflower

The excellent VLC media player had been updated to version 2.0.8.

VLC media player 2.0.8 is an update for bug fixing. It notably improves some lossless decoders, and bring updated and new translations. It also fix problems with encoding.
