Xbox One price, release date revealed at E3 2013

Microsoft has announced pricing and a release date for its next-generation Xbox One console. The company confirmed during its E3 press conference that the system will debut in November, priced at £429 in the UK and $499 in the US and €499 for Europe.

Numerous games were confirmed for the Xbox One at the Los Angeles expo, including Dead Rising 3, Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Crimson Dragon, and a new entry in the Halo series.

In addition, for a limited time gamers can get a Day One 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership and play “Killer Instinct: Round One,” with the exclusive Shadow Jago character, on Xbox One. Players will also receive a commemorative Day One membership card.

  1. So the British is paying more for the Xbox one. $499 for USA and £429 for Briton! $499 coverts to £324. We have to pay a extra £105 more. GOOD BYE XBOX!!!
