Ubisoft and Blue Byte are proud to announce that Anno Online will finally feature its guild system. Players will now be able to interact much more deeply with friends. Developed by Ubisoft Blue Byte, Anno Online combines the popular gameplay elements of the Anno franchise with brand new features suited to a persistent, web-based game.

From now on, players will have the ability to create their own guild or join an existing one. This system will allow them to communicate, to establish strategies and to help each user thanks to a separated chat channel. Fans will be able to choose a name and a guild tag, invite up to 25 members and establish a strategy thanks to the guild chat channel. This feature will bring a brand new building, the guild hall building, allowing users to gather and feel a unique guild belonging.

Based on the critically acclaimed, award-winning franchise, users can experience all the strategy, simulation, graphics and highly-detailed animation for the first time in a browser-based game. Players can build and develop great medieval cities using the detailed economic system enjoyed by Anno fans. As they satisfy the population’s needs, they will unlock new buildings and face more demanding inhabitants, eventually discover and claim additional islands and connect them with trading routes.
