Microsoft have updated it’s Xbox Music app for Windows 8 and Windows RT.
Xbox Music brings you all the music you love in one easy-to-use app. Play and manage music from your personal collection and browse and buy songs from the Xbox Music Store. Instantly stream millions of songs free on your Windows 8 device. Or get an Xbox Music Pass for unlimited access to music across all your devices. Note: Limits on free streaming apply.
Key updates include:
– Zooming out and zooming in with fingers or mouse to find music in your collection (semantic zoom)
– Viewing your collection by what’s on your PC and what’s available in the cloud (available in regions with Xbox Music Pass)
– Letting you change the app volume
– Type to search, from anywhere in the app
– Importing your iTunes playlists
– Showing artists’ most recent albums in top-level artist pages (available in regions with Xbox Music Store)
– Showing related artists for a given artist (available in regions with Xbox Music Store)
– Letting you edit your list of now-playing music
– Letting you save playlists of your now-playing music
– Several usability improvements
– Additional minor fixes

Looks a good update. They keep on improving it, all it needs now is a few more “tweeks” and it will be excellent.
