Some of the UK’s biggest celebrity Call of Duty fans including Professor Green, Olympic medallist Louis Smith, pop-prince Conor Maynard, actor Alfie Allen and comedian Jack Whitehall, headed to Bloomsbury Ballroom to celebrate the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and it brought out the competitive side in some of Britain’s most well known celebrities.
Professor Green hit the war table for a head-to-head match with Olympian and Strictly star Louis Smith who proved he isn’t just a star on the dance floor when he trounced Professor Green and then came back for more, going up against footballers including Jack Whitehall and fellow gymnast Max Whitlock. Professor Green took it all in his stride however, taking to took to twitter to discuss his defeat.
In addition, talent from the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 creative team were in attendance with David Goyer scriptwriter for what will be the biggest game of the year and writer of biggest film of the year Batman, The Dark Night Rises joined the British contingency flying over from the States for the occasion.
My personal favourite of the night though was the signs for the toilets:
Call of Duty: Black Ops II is out now for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, and soon on Wii U!
