App Update: Podcasts app for iPhone, iPod and iPad updated to version 1.0.2

Apple has released an update to its standalone app for listening to and subscribing to podcasts.

Features:

I have tested the app and it’s very simple to use and now means I don’t have to sync podcasts through iTunes before syncing them to my device.

  1. I wish they built the subscribe and download feature into the Music app. I am on a 3GS and this app is dog slow. If I watch/listen to the podcasts in the music app it doesn’t mark them as played in the podcast app.
