Skype for Windows Phone gets released; now at version 1.0

After being in beta for a few months, Skype for Windows Phone finally gets released as version 1.0.

Unfortunately it still only works when the app is open and running, so no background support for receiving calls when you are in another app. Hopefully Microsoft will get this “issue” sorted quickly.
