One of the other big announcements at the 2012 Toshiba Product Preview this week was the launch of their new ZL2 Quad HD glasses-free 3D TV.
Specs wise, the ZL2 is a 55-inch beast, and will be the first commercially available 4K television at that size. The Quad HD means you get an amazing 3,840 x 2,160 resolution.
There is also in-built face tracking software that ensures you get the best possible viewing experience whichever angle you are viewing the TV from.
Having seen the ZL2 in action I can honestly say that the picture quality is stunning and I really want one!
The ZL2 will be available from Monday 12th March at a whopping retail price of £6,999. The exclusive launch location with be John Lewis in London’s Oxford Street, with Harrods selling it from later next week as well.
