Last night we told you that VLC Media Player 2.0 had been released. Today when I installed it on my MacBook Air I noticed some changes!
This is the point to take notice of:
Completely reworked Mac and Web interfaces and improvements in the other interfaces make VLC easier than ever to use.
This is how the previous version of VLC Media Player looked – very minimalist.
And this is VLC Media Player version 2.0, which has an iTunes look and feel to it.
Personally I don’t really mind, as long as it continues to play back whatever content I want to use, but a lot of people appear not to be happy!
I have been using VLC Media Player for years, in fact it’s the only media player I use on my MacBook Air.
