When using the Nexus to make a telephone call, the buttons are large, clear and easy to use.
Obviously being a Google phone, you are offered the chance (several times) to either sign in to your Google account, or to get one.
There are lots of different settings options and connectivity options – and it was very easy to connect the Nexus to my network.
As you would expect, there is a decent camera app included on the Nexus. You have option to switch between camera, camcorder and panorama modes and the results were excellent for a 5-megapixel camera.
And browsing the web on the Nexus was easy.
