There has been an update to Paralles Desktop for Mac which bring support for new versions of Linux.

Parallels Desktop for Mac 7 build 15054 is meant to provide support for new versions of Linux kernels:

Linux 3.2 kernel (used in Ubuntu 12 and others)
Fedora 15 kernel.
