If you have a Roku device, then pretty soon you will be able to see a new Netflix channel on it.
Roku connects wirelessly to your high-speed internet service, and plugs into your TV with a single cable.
Every Roku player will automatically get the new Netflix channel FREE when it’s available. All you need is a Netflix Unlimited subscription–as low as $8.99/month.
If you want to see what it will look like, then take a look at this little video:

Do you have a Roku player? If so, tell us what you think and if this is something that interests you.

I guess I'm missing the point about this news. I bought my Roku player a long time ago because it played Netflix. What's so exciting about the new experience? Looks like what I've got right now.

My understanding is that it is a NEW Neflix channel, and a better of way of delivering Netflix.
Roku refer to it as the New Netflix Channel – check out their website to see what I mean.

Roku hasn't posted anything of substance about their "new" Netflix channel. Guess everyone will have to wait until the upgrade is automatically downloaded to see if this is really exciting or not.
thats a fair comment Dave, so lets look forward to hearing from UWHS readers when they get the update just what they think.
According to the support forum, these are the highlights of the update. 1) Search the entire streaming library from the TV – no other player allows you to do that. 2) New user interface. 3) Add TV/movies to your instant queue.
Unless you have a keyboard attached to your Roku, I can imagine the search would be fairly clunky using your remote. It will be nice to find a related movie/TV show and add it to the instant queue, though.
As Andrew stated, this is an updated experience. With so many devices having Netflix streaming support it's now becoming a battle of who can deliver the best user experience.
This looks like a nice unit. I like the fact that it has component video. The WD Live uses a adapter cable. I'll have to check out the video codec results and the graphics UI.
