Finally the 120 day evaluation edition of WHS is available to order from the Microsoft website : http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/windowshomeserver/eval.mspx.

Its free but you need to pay a few dollars for shipping. And no, its not available for download – sorry!
