Parrot has announced a new, high-density battery for the AR Drone 2.0 quadricopter, which can increase time spent aloft per flight. The current battery is good for about 12 minutes of flight time; the new higher density battery will be 50% more powerful but will fit in the same space, meaning that flight times can increase or flights can include more acrobatic moves in the same time frame.
